  • Modules cover the following topics: body scan, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing, problem solving and mindfulness meditation, music listening and music selection, time management and organization and guided imagery

  • Exclusion criteria: active psychosis, active substance use, dissociative states, emotional dysregulation, active suicidal thoughts
