An 8 week drop-in group to help individuals meet the day-to-day challenges of recovery from addiction

Explore skills focusing on staying present, gaining awareness/control of thoughts, and disengaging with triggers, being mindful in challenging situations, acceptance, viewing thoughts as thoughts and more
